ABA Bank Routing Number - The American Banking Association number (ABA) is located on the bottom left corner of your check. It is a 9 digit number that is located between two : symbols. It usually begins with a 0, 1, 2, or 3. For example: 221981063.

Bank Account Number - A bank account number is also referred to as a Demand Deposit Account number (DDA). Your bank has issued this number for your checking and or savings account(s). American Express applies electronic (ACH) payments to this account. This number is also found on the bottom of your check, to the right of your ABA number.
